Taranaki rugby visit

On Thursday Lachlan Boshier, Reuben O'Neill and Jayden Ford. Came and talked to us, took photos and gave signatures. I got my rugby shirt signed by Lachlan Boshier and Reuben ONeill. It was cool having rugby players talk to me.

Taranaki golf

                         Bethany from Room Three, who created this video with Harry, wrote this recount about the event: "Today at school we had golf. We did competition among two. Then we made it a little had. That we had to hit the ball harder. Then it got harder and harder each time. After that we did a competition against the whole class.Catherine and I were buddies and we were the first one to get to the finals. Then Caro and Katelyn got though after that. Caro got 3rd,Katelyn and Catrinehe tied in 2nd and I 1st out of the class.

Having some fun

On Friday 10th of July my family and I traveled to Hamilton for the weekend. That afternoon we went to the movies and we saw inside out.we went to dinner at a Italian restaurant we had lots of left overs. The next morning we woke up and went shopping then we went back to the hotel and walked to mini putt. After the game of mini putt we saw the Mullers driving up the highway when we got back to the hotel the Mullers had already checked in so we checked out their room and for dinner we ordered Thai food. The next morning went to Taupo and that afternoon we went to Debretts hot pools and we went on the water slides and the pools were really warm then we headed to where we were staying for the night and had meat for dinner. The next morning we we got into our warm clothes and headed to Mt Ruapehuand skied anddid snowboarding here is my recount about snowboarding.

Ice cold 

My shoes make me feel like I'm leaning forward, I trot through the snow to a clear space. I drop my board, snow pelts up of the ground.I strap my foot in, my other foot leaves the ground and lands on my board.

I lean forward and turn while the sun beats down at the snow. My board is on its edge. I lift up the edge of my board to stop.

I tip my board and slowly fall to the snow.my face hits the cold ground my board bounces of my spine and jumps off, like a human on a trampoline. I get back on and my board slides down Mt Ruapehu
